We offer a range of services to voluntary and statutory sector organisations.
We work with organisations to successfully develop new projects. Activities undertaken include feasibility studies, needs assessments, researching best practice, and engaging key stakeholders both internally and externally. This can also involve developing key working documents such as business cases, development plans and action plans.
We can also work closely with clients to provide additional resource to manage existing projects. This can be an effective way for organisations to manage staffing levels as a result of planned or unplanned staff absences.
We have many years experience of designing and delivering training courses in a variety of subject areas. Audiences have ranged from board members and staff of charities with multi-million pound turnovers, to health care professionals and leisure centre staff. We also have experience in delivering formal training courses in a university setting.
We can act as facilitators in order to improve the effectiveness of a wide variety of events, such as conferences, seminars, or board and staff away days for strategy review and business planning.
Working with clients we can help to improve existing projects and work programmes through specific problem-solving and broader analysis of an organisation's strengths and weaknesses. We can assess the appropriateness of an organisation’s current systems and practices to meet its needs and its potential for development and growth. External evaluations are undertaken to test the effectiveness and efficiency of projects.
